My debit order had failed called the call center got a very nasty guy who told me the is nothing they can do as I had requested them to change the account details. I then received a call from Lelanie who was more than willing to assist. I asked her to call back in an hour for new account details and she did ever so friendly over the phone and she organized a special debit order to go off the same day... thank you for the great service Lelanie :0
