I came to an agreement with Miway of how much i would pay per month, they have for the past 2 months taken however much they felt like taking, outside our agreement, and this month for the second time it was much more than agreed!
When you call they put you on hold for 20minutes minimum and never call back when they say they will. As i write this i have been listening to their song for 16min!!! Utter dissapointment and ridiculous.
Can this company operate with some form of intergrity or is that too much to ask for, for an insurance company of its calibre?
To make matters worse, i speak to their consultant Mary Murefu who tells me the company usually takes more money than agreed, but less than R50 as their policy is not to refund that!!! So they are taking just under R50 above the agreed amount knowing they will not refund me. This is per month may i had! This is pure.
I expect a phone call from senior management as i have had enough with your consultants!
