Absolutely the worst service ever. I have had so much trouble on one small household claim because of not being given the right information or instructions. CIB have proved the old saying that Insurance brokers will try everything to get out of paying. I will never recommend you to anyone, in fact I will strongly discourage anyone from even getting a quote from you. You have treated me like a and criminal for a claim less then R10 000. You were too lazy to send an assessor and now you are taking out your incompetence on me and my family. I can't wait for this to be over so that I can cancel with you. 2 weeks of getting nowhere
