When switching to FNB in July, I also applied for the Samsung S4 deal. First the phone arrived without a simcard, but that was resolved relatively easily. The next issue became the activation of the simcard. After three visits to FNB DOT Centurion the staff told me there are nothing more they can do to help and I must come back when their manger is back from leave. After three more visits to the manager, my problem has still not been resolved. This is really frustrating, since three debit orders for the device have already gone off my account and I'm not able to utilise the phone. I've kept my end of the deal, but FNB have not.
