Last week Saturday i went into the standard bank at San Ridge Square - Midrand, and the service i received was terrible, to say the very least.
after waiting an hour to see a service consultant and explaining the adjustments i would like to make to my account i was then asked to leave because he had make an error with their waiting list and had to attend to a another client, and i was told that he would get back to me in 10 minutes. One hour later people who had walked in after me had been attended to and i was still waiting to see a consultant. I was finally attended to by another consultant who had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude!
