Myself and my wife have been dealing with Nedbank for the best part of 35 years. In all this time I have never come across any one as arrogant and unpleasant as yourself.
There are ways of dealing with customers and there are ways of dealing with customers. Quite frankly the way you have dealt with not just my daughter Michelle, but with both myself and my wife, who are trying to sort out this problem as abominable.
This behaviour of yours will not be left as it is and I will take this up at the highest levels within Nedbank as well as on the consumer complaints line.
An organisation with the reputation of Nedbank does not deserve to have its name sullied by persons of your calibre.
