ABSA Home Owners Insurance service USELESS

I registered a claim (no: 2459733) on 11 October 2013 for a window frame that was ripped off by the wind the previous day during a storm. The opening piece of the frame was ripped off and fell to the ground and broke the glass as well.

1. NO PERSON has yet contacted me.
2. They assigned Glassfit (who by the way do not fix frames)
3. I contacted ABSA a week later and an arrogant lady at the refused that I speak with a senior person or to provide me with the contact details of a senior person. Another contractor was apparently assigned, but still no person contacted me.
4. TODAY, after 2 weeks I phoned them again and explained the whole story AGAIN. Yet, another contractor was assigned, and again I was not allowed to have the contact details of a senior person in this regard.

I despise a company who is afraid to display or provide senior personnel's contact details and the customer must be satisfied to deal with staff at the bottom who has no idea.
