How can we you dry

Went to close my cheque account today at your N1 City branch but for some strange outstanding authorization fee of R8 the account could not be closed. I have signed all the relevant documentation to have this account closed and will not be held liable for any further fees that are incurred on this account from today. I have been bled dry enough with aloof bank charges, till here & no further!
