Absa treatment of private banking clients

Absa Sms me to collect my Absa cards from the Middelburg mall. At a previous collection the assistant who was very helpful said to me since I am a preferential client I should go to the desk on the other side of the bank to be attended to. I proceeded to the desk just to be frowned upon by a very stuck up lady. Which I had to wait for whilst making small talk with the couple before me. Directing me back to the previous desk. This attitude is totally unacceptable she didn't even asked me I was or my reason for approaching her. Absa after 20 years never again.
