Again, not a new or unique complaint. As someone who works with all Office applications daily, in addition to CAD software, I am told that my documentation is unacceptable because I don't know how to attach files to an e-mail. This despite attempting to explain what should be done, plus checking and re-checking my sent mails to make sure that my attachments were in order. Stalemate.
What really concerns me is that these people have all of your most sensitive personal infomation. This is not a comfortable feeling, particularly when the service has been so poor. How is this regulated? Is it in fact regulated at all? Most disturbing!
