Due to negligence the customer suffers

I was retrenched end March, handed in al thel relevant documents early June to Monray @ Vangate mall to process the loan claim, on the same day an arrangment was made with H/Office to pay R100 every month as I cannot afford to pay the full R763, but end June R262 was deducted thereafter the full R763 every month, went to the branch on 15 Oct to quiery this, just to find out that they cannot reimburse me with my own money only Sept, they have also just informed me that I pay R200 now every month as I am receiving u.i.f furthermore I also wanted to know about my claim, just to find out H/office never received my claim, and was asked to hand in my papers again, went to the branch on 17 Oct to hand in my papers as they could not find it in the branch! I spoke to Angelo Petersen manager at H/Office to ask for them to deactivate my debit order as this will continue all the time, he told me its not possible... I feel I am no longer paying capitec further as my claim should have been finalised by now, now due to negligence I have to suffer, I feel that its only fair that my money should be reimbursed to me I am strugeling financially as I still can't find work, I am so disappointed in this bank
