It's almost a month now I have sent my banking details to Absa and they promised to look into my problem, of unauthorized transactions made on my account by people they claim to know are, but still haven't done anything and got back to me about it up until now. In few days I believe I am still going to go through the same trauma of seeing my hard earned cash disappear and having no power to do anything about it. I want absa to tell me if they have stopped it, what they are going to do should it happen again month end, or if they can't do anything...
