I have been trying to change my debit order from the 25th to the 01st of the month for the past 4 months - and FNB still hasnt changed it.. And every time i call- im put on hold for so long!!
This huge debit order causes huge cash flow problems for me every month - and i keep calling every single month.
NO_ONE seems to follow up with me or do the necessary change - and i am always told that it has been moved the the relevant dept!!!
now i have another debit order pending - and still the change hasnt been done!!
FNB is quick to take peoples business, but never able to provide the customer service thats meant to go with it.
