WE HAVE APPOINTED ATTORNEY TO ASSIST US WITH THIS PROCESS NOW THEY CANNOT LOCATE THE FILE AT THE HIGH COURT & FNB IS NOT WILLING TO ASSIST WITH THE NAME OF THE ATTORNEYS THAT TOOK THE JUDGEMENT & THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST WITH A LETTER TO GIVE CONSENT. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN UNEMPLOYED FOR 6 MONTHS & CANNOT FIND A JOB BECAUSE OF THIS JUDGEMENT AGAINST OUR NAMES, WHY IS FNB NOT WILLING TO ASSIST THEY GOT WHAT THEY WANTED & NOW THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST WITH GETTING OUT NAME CLEARED. WHAT A HORRIBLE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.
