The blueprint for how a call-center should operate

The call was a pleasure start to finish. After being greeted by someone who was clearly smiling, I was guided through my myriad of requests by a very knowledgeable, patient individual. Before I knew it everything had been sorted out and the call was over.

Thank you Chisme and thank you Outsurance; I won't be moving my short-term insurance any time soon ;)
