ATM Card Replacement

With the prevalence of ATM card skimming in SA and having a family member who fell victim I took the onus to have my ATM card replaced with a chip card (apparently can't be duplicated by). I specifically asked the bank teller if there was an additional charge associated with the replacement - to which she confirmed that it is free (no charge) - however upon reviewing my bank statements I see I was billed R75 on my Student Achiever account.

Standard Bank, in my view should be replacing ALL cards for FREE as it is such a security risk with the old magnetic card - really at the end of the day, the bank is all about profits (exorbitant costs - internet banking confirmation emails costing R0.65 - emails don't cost anything!), all at the loss of customer security and service! Maybe after 18 years its time to change banks?
