I just got off the line with ABSA purely to find out costs involved regarding their cheque and credit card offerings.
I had to wait 20 minutes and yet still no answer to the simple question below:
"How much will the platinum credit card cost to draw cash overseas, and how much are card swipes? "
I was planning on opening an entire bundle of products with ABSA, yet i would never want to leave my current bank after dealing with such incompetent employees.
