I have now waited for over a week for the manager / team leader of Theodor's call centre team to call me regarding the incorrect quotation given to me.
Theodor sent me a quotation for my & my sister's car insurance but once reviewing the information, I noticed large discrepancies in each of the quotations.
I have tried various ways of getting hold of the person who can resolve this but have not heard a thing back since Thursday last week.
If this is the type of service we are receiving for a quotation, I hate to think what I'm in for should I take up a policy with them.
Regency is a waste of time - don't be fooled by their low premiums advertised, they can't be bothered in honouring it nor do they know what customer service is.
