I am a client of your company and we have been having recuring issues with regard to service levels from your staff. I phoned Michelle who was the rep who originally signed us up and she told me that you were the best person to speak to
When I called in and asked for you I got put through to Nadia who point blank refused to either take a message for you or give me your email address so I could raise my concerns with you.
According to her I can't expect to speak to the CEO of the company as I am mearly your customer THANKS.
I see on Hello Peter you do respone or somebody who uses your name responds so this was the only avenue I had to be able to contact you.
I hope to hear back from you so I can relay my concerns to you regarding your service levels
Or maybe I should just do what the other ex clients of yours have done and just look for a service provider who does not think his client are not important.
