Inconvenience caused due to wrong information

On the morning of 13th February 2013 at 08:40 I recieved a call from a gentleman from number 0116719555 informing me that my Titanium card is ready for collection at Easgate branch and I need to take I.D document proof of residenance or payslip along. at 10:00 I left the office and went to the Standard Bank Eastgate branch enquiry desk and NO CARD! Took time off work, drove there, waited in line just to find out that my card was at Greenstone and returned and will only be at Eastgate sometime next week. I'm seriously frustrated with Standard Bank I have been recieving terrible service from them and I'm at boiling point! I hate going into the branch standing in line and then just to find out that information I recieved was INCORRECT!
GET IT RIGHT!
If the gentlemen has time to play with, I certainly dont have an hour out of my day to be spending at a branch.
UNACCEPTABLE!
