I ordered my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with added insurance via my FNB Online Account and it was delivered a couple of days later to my office via courier.

The problem is that no one ever phoned me from FNB to confirm the order, payment amount or contract details?

Is this normal? It sure is a first for me.
