D like to lodge a complaint against Letsatsi Finance and Landau attorneys. In 2010 I took a R10 000 loan with Letsatsi Finance, and I could not pau the funds back for some financial problems. In 2011 iwas served with a garnishee order of R40 000... however I do not understand what is the costs for. They are not sending me any statement regarding this account. I called them to find out what my balance was and I was advised that I have -R26 000 and the balance is -R17 000. Kindly assist as I feel that this is a total rip off.
