I must commend Julian on the way in which he has dealt with my complaint today. I have been struggling to get a claim sorted out as I am the third party and the responsiveness of the legal group dealing with the claim has been lacking to say the least.
I am very impressed with Julian who not only alerted the relevant parties to deal with the issue, but also had the decency to call me back and follow up to confirm the matter was being dealt with.
Congratulations Julian for your ability to handle the situation with such professionalism and managing to defuse an otherwise explosive situation.
