After I made arrangements and signed the documents & kept to my payment agreements & paying on time since April, I still get bugged by DMC Call centre staff keep phoning me and sms's send to me. I tried phoning the call centre but keep holding forever without any luck to get connected. And I believe you get charged for every call and sms. This is totally unacceptable and I want a supervisor to sort this out and reverse all the unnecessary charges on my account immediately!!
