I have been with Fnb for atleast 5yrs their online banking service was on point, till they upgraded last yr or was it a downgrade!!! saying that it would b an understatement!!! it freezes, refuses to open other pages or pages/options just flash in out... its so fast u cant even read let alone select an option! what would normally take u 5 minutes to finish, now it will take u 15mins provided you are lucky th transaction went through or u have th whole day to spare. i used t love banking with them because thy were so efficient in all aspect of their services but now i hate it!!! banking online with them is ANNOYING, FRUSTRATING, TIDIOUS, A PAIN a complete waste of time energy!!! for atleast i have been encouraging my family, friends colleagues to bank with Fnb but i have since changed my tunes... i want to change banks myself!
