Dealing with claim

I had a person working on my property in September this year, I submitted all my quotes and what was asked, everytime i get a new request to continue with my claim, after i signed the Agreement of loss they sent out a assessor, this has been such a bad experience, i was prommised that after the agreement of loss was sent out i would be paid within the same week; Its a very small claim, i shudder to think how long it would take to pay out a big claim or if my car should be involved in a accident, My cell phone which is specified was blacklisted on the same IMIE number on the policy but now i need Proof of ownership. Why do you not ask for this when I asked to add it on to my policy? Such a bad experience. Wonder if Zurich will be happy if i delay my payment of my monthly premium?

Very very unhappy with the current situation!
