I went online to sign up for a Coronation investment. I was taken aback to see that I could fill in all the forms online and just print and sign the cover page. I hate filling in forms and appreciate that Coronation has made the process so easy.
In addition, when I called the call centre to ask which documents to send, they answered quickly, were knowledgeable and help me in record time.
After sending through my documents, my investment was up and running the next day. Incredibly fast!
To add a cherry to the top - when I signed up for their online system, they had my user login sent to me SAME day.
Great service, great fund (so far at least), and glad that I invested with them :)
