Rediculous Pathetic Shamefull Service

I lodged a complaint against Nedbank on 13 September 2013, I had a response the same day at 12h45, apologising for the incident and will investigate and provide me with feedback, had to date not hearda word from any operson at Nedbank (This Typical from Nedbank) but I am again threathened via SMS this morning with the sherif to visit my place of work.

How on earth is this possible, what is going on with Nedbank, this being ongoing for the past six years I am battling to have this sorted out, there house is most definitely not in order, they are quick to threaten a member of the publuic just because they are a big company but forgetting this can cost them dearly.

I had enough and will publish this where ever possible even post this sick issue on the internet. Now considering taking action against Nedbank for harrasement in accordance with the Credit Act and Regulations, dont they know about this or are they above the laws of this country.
