First National Bank
No service, getting extremely irritated

I am trying to buy my mothers birthday present so I am trying to get 'verified-by-visa' working but the button I am supposed to push is not working, and their help doesn't say what to do. Also I have received no response from my last complaint that was left about a month ago. FNB is a great bank unless you want to do something different like buy something online or overseas.
