They dont care about costome

I got accident by 19 August firstly they said my access is R28774.92 and I paid R25774.92 now it's changed is R29342.83 I don't know the reason. The bigest problem its almost 2 months now my car is still not back and I don't have a car, I'm hiking when I'm going to work and I'm working shift I have to risk with my life hike by 23:00 and they know that because I don't have a choice they keep telling me about India. No progress on my car, today i went to the panel beater they told me they can get the bumper within a week but this insurance took almost 2 Months and I'm not sure they will get that bumper. But when come to take there money on your account they don't forgot and They will punish you when you got accident like you not paying.
