We agreed with the bank that they should take R3378.40 as a settlement account and yes it was taken today date 11/10/2013 and all of the suddenly they went again and took R4000 AND COUPLER of rands when i called the bank they did agree that the amount was taken given me this ref no..vodsvjvvkrgb-uc-g357 and gave me 087 5045300 no to call but i called 011 504 5300 and spoke to Nicolene who is the consultant that i have been talking to and she transferred me to Rashida who cannot tell where the money went and she asked me to send the statement and gave me ref no Rf13101134525, how can they do such a thing its almost R8000 that they took on my account now... i want my money back.
