ATM Deposit issue

Hi there, today i tried to do an ATM deposit but the machine was apparently being serviced by SBV. The ATM still took the money (R200) but gave me back my card and not the money. This was told to Mpho at reception who lead me to customer services which was not helpful having to site for almost an hour while only 2 CS ladies call the standard bank call centre as if they are normal people which is not simpler, better or faster. Customers falling asleep in the chairs while waiting for help from the agent calling standard bank call centres. they cannot even put the person on hold and help the next one. How shameful for customer service. The ATM was still not taking deposits and there is only one. This inconvenienced me to pay inside the bank which was another long queue. I never managed to speak to the customer agents 1hr later and got help from Lillian at reception who would help me log my query. It is not service when there are people in the bank that still need to go to their own place of employments. I have not gotten a call nor my money from Standard Bank which makes things difficult, worse and slow. Please look into this the ATM deposits have been on and off i was told
