Submit dispute note & do not get any feedback

I done a deal with "Mirco Soft" which was not Micro Soft & FNB sent me a sms warning it could be a deal. I reacted immediately and phone the dept, which said that I should submit a form regarding this matter. This dispute form was submitted via FNB Cretsa branch the next day. The person at the Bank confirm they will put the payment on hold and will come back to me in - 2 to 3 days. This took place on the 2 Sept 2013. The dispute notice was submit on the 3rd Sept 2013. After several attempt's to get this matter solved, no luck. I set up a meeting with a snr manager at Cresta, Mr Tommy, but after 20 min I left a message for this gentleman to contact me. He also said that FNB submitted a letter to myself, regarding this matter. No letter to date - 10 Oct 2013.
