REPORTED INCORRECT ACCOUNT BILL ON THE 9TH OF JAN 2013 ABOUT A DEBIT ORDER TAKING PLACE (ELECTRONIC TRF - CREDIT CARD 5221 2662 6361 9925) AND THE FOLLOWING DEBITS TOOK PLACE: 01/09/2012 R406, 79, 01/10/2012 R547, 74, 01/11/2012 R540, 92. 01/12/2012 - R534, 98 AND 02/01/2013. WAS GIVEN A CALL REFERENCE NUMBER:35563972 OF WHICH WAS PROMISED I'LL BE REFUNDED THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE TO ME R2559.00 CALLED ON THE 24TH TO GET AN UPDATE ABOUT HOWEVER WAS OT SATISFIED HENCE I LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER.COM AND RECEIVED FEEDBACK THAT THE MATTER WILL BE RESOLVED ON FRIDAY 25TH JAN 2013. WAS ALSO DISSATISFIED CAUSE THE PERSON HANDLING MY CASE SEEMS LIKE HE DIDNT READ THE REPORT/COMPLAINT, DIDN'T GET HIS NAME ONLY RECEIVED A REFERENCED NUMBER:31767828 AND CONTACT DETAILS (011) 299-4081. WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THAT STANDARD BANK ISN'T PREPARED IN RESOLVING THIS MATTER OF REIMBURSING ME. MY R2559-00 TO THIS DAY I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED R528, 57 FROM THE BANK AND R2030, 13 IS STILL OUTSTANDING/DUE TO ME. TODAY I CALLED THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS NUMBER MY CALL WAS ANSWERED HOWEVER NO ONE WAS RESPONDING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LINE. SHOWING A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND AS THUS I'M DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE.
