Standard bank called me as their client to offer me a loan. I took the loan and the agent and I agreed over the phone on a certain amount. Now the bank is taking R100 more than what I agreed on. I would have never taken that loan if it was too much for me to pay. I need this to be sorted out as soon as possible.
