I had a claim on my vehicle which was written off and I found myself in quite a stressful situation in more ways than one. I happen to work for a brokerage and I know how difficult the claims process can be. I found that Nigel was surprisingly quick, efficient and always helpful with a great attitude. Working in the industry, I only wish claims personal were more like Nigel! Thank you for your help :)
