Myself and 5 of my colleagues buy kfc breakfast regularly from the kfc in Nigel, Angelo Mall and we have the same problem with our orders 9 out of 10 times. We specifically say "NO EGG" thinking that this is a simple enough request, just to get to work and find EGG! Half cups of cappuccino, no sugar?!? I am yet to be impressed by this branch but I don't see that happening any time soon.
Do they simply not care? Is asking for NO EGG too difficult a request? Or are they wilfully trying to lose customers?
