After I was asked by Miway to take my insured car for inspection, I received an email to confirm that as a "Policy update" however with incorrect registration number of my insured vehicle.
I called and found Merilyn who went out and found out cause of the fault. She showed a very skillful and expert calibre on how she resolved the quiry.
