A purchase of R1 051.00 was made at Jet Music Tzaneen whilst my bank card was in my possession (I reside in Jhb). I went to the nearest FNB Branch regarding the matter and I was told they would investigate, my bank card was then destroyed and I was told another would be issued to me within 7 working days. Yesterday, 8 October 2013 at 16:35 I received an sms saying "We are unable to process your dispute due to the required Proof of Means of Payment not being attached. Please resubmit together with relevant proof."
What do I do in this case?
