Debiting without funds

This is my second complaint as calls are falling on deaf ears and im being put from pillar to post, im not working and my savings act continues to be debited without funds, everytym the bank in incurring costs on the account, a stop order has not even helped due to the fact you keep changing ref no... please stop it, I don't have means at present to pay... and you will pay all the charges as ylou now daily try to debit me... im really fed up
