I had very little time to make this call to change some of my policy details and Jamiel did everything in a flash. What makes this so special is that he's currently working under supervision and he did everything without missing a beat or being nervous at all. He also gave me some excellent advice on insuring my computer's external hard drive.
And I suspect his name is spelt "Jamile" and if I did spell it incorrectly, my humblest apologies!
