I am so pleased with great customer service that I received from Nhlanhla Maseko in the Home Loans Department. He is an asset to the Nedbank! I wish your manager gets this message as I was trying to get through to him/her but unfortunately I couldn't. Please teach youe fellow colleagues to do the same.
