My complaint is not with your service but with the place that my car was sent to. My car was in an accident on 31 October 2012 and it came back different shades of white. This time it was found that they burnt through the paint. The responsible company is Barons coach works in Tokai and I was asked the 2nd time that I should deal directly with them without involving you. I did contact you as anything could have happened with my car whilst it was in their possession. The person I dealt with was Stuart. I have told him about the car being messed up again but would like for you to deal with the matter further. I use to work at Old mutual and still belong to Spigs. I am sick of this as my car was still new when the accident happened and its been uphill since dealing with this company. My bonnet is not new and believe they submtted a claim for one!
