On the 25/07/2013 I ran a dog over on the N12, the accident was reported and my car towed away. To date (04/10/2013) repairs have not yet commenced. I am very displeased with the level of service from Virgin Insurance at the moment. Every time I enquire about the progress of repairs its either another story about assessor availability or the completion date gets moved further on because the service provider (Auto Magic) does not have parts.
