We are currently experiencing a high volume of cal

Have you ever wondered, powers to be at RCS, why it is necessary to have this phrase on your phone? I'll tell you why - you employ INCOMPETENT people!!! I paid my account 10 days ago, have sent proof of payment twice and it still does not reflect on my account. Then I made the mistake of my life to try and sort it out telephonically - after 30 minutes on the phone I eventually gave up and slammed the phone down - problem still not resolved. Amongst other things I had to wait 10 minutes while the operator was paging through faxes received to find mine only to be told "I did not receive your fax on Monday" yet I TOLD him that I had faxed it on Tuesday. When I realised that the operator was not in a position to help me I asked to speak to the Supervisor, well I had to wait the best part of 4 minutes before I was granted this privilege. I briefly explained the problem to him and immediately was told that it was my fault because I was using the wrong reference (can I mention that this is the same reference I have used since day one, many years ago!!!) Well as I said, apart from patronising me and underestimating my intelligence, I was not getting anywhere with this one!!!
