I've had to update and change my insurance policy quite a lot during the past few months. Removing and adding a lot of items, changing addresses and updating all my limits.
Thanks to Jason and Johnson it really was no issue with them ensuring that everthing is correctly added and deleted and sending me updated documents as we go, while answering all my queries in a friendly and efficient manner with great turnaround time.
