I spoke to a consultanat on the phone about one and a half month ago and was told in order for them to help me i must deposit a fee of R399 or they can set up a debit order on my pay day.
i have since paid the said fee on the 20th of September, and I have made two separate phone calls to get a way forward.
but the two different consultants I have spoken to< took down my number with the promise to call me back once they have identified my account but up to this moment nothing has happened.
