On Monday 30/09/13 I emailed a letter requesting termination of my policy. I phoned on the same day to follow up and update my details. the agent who assisted me did not guide me on what is mandatory to terminate. Yesterday on the 4th day after sending the letter seeing that no one is bothering to contact me I decided to make a phone call. I only learned yesterday that I still need to fill out a termination form and that will delay the process. I have my reasons why I cancelled the policy on Monday. If I did not make that phone call I would still be waiting for a reply from you. I demand that you process this termination as soon as possible, It is not my problem that you have incompetent staff. The agent was supposed to give me all the information and still after 4days not a single person bothered to communicate with me.
