I Submitted termination of my service to sanlam on the 5 August was informed in 4 weeks termination will be finalized
i have been promised feedback on the pension pay out, till this day my emails and calls are being neglected internally, all i need is an update is that hard to ask for.
Im not prepared on waiting another month, I will escalate this further should they not respond!
