African bank was quick to debit my account twice this month and when I phoned more than a week ago to check whats happening first they said it will be refunded omto my acc within 48hours then everyday after that I have have phoned I just get told it will be paid in today.its been more than a week and I still dont have my money..pathetic service to say the least
